Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process exchanges, but you can place a new order so the correct size or color is on its way to you and send the original item back for a refund.
What is your return/refund policy?
If you aren’t happy with your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for any unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Clearance items are final sale. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
All clearance items purchased on MissandPlusLingerie.com are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn and must be in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of panties, lingerie sets, tights or similar intimate items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for credit or refund.
How do I return something in my order?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date listed on the front of your order receipt.
All returns must be approved before they are received. Please contact us for authorization by email [email protected]. Any package received without a RMA# will be refused and returned to sender.
Please note: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return. We strongly encourage you to send your returns using certified, insured, or return receipt services as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns.
MissandPlusLingerie.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my refund/credit?
We will process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Once your return is recieved we will send you a confirmation email. Returns typically takes 5-10 business days to process once they have been received. Your refund amount will be restored to your credit card anywhere from 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policy. If you paid for your purchase with a gift card, your refund will be placed back on the original gift card used for purchase.
We strongly encourage you to send your returns using certified, insured, or return receipt services as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Depending on your shipping method, it may take up to 21 business days for us to recieve you items. Please do not hesitate to contact us to confirm if we have received your package.
What do I do if something in my order is damaged or missing?
Please contact us by email right away! Email customer service at [email protected]. We will do our best to replace and ship the defective or missing item immediately.
